Our goal is to help keep borrowers in their homes. In 2008, we assisted more than 230,000 borrowers with loan modifications. If the borrower has recently talked with a home retention specialist and has updated their current financial information there is no need to call right now. We will follow-up with the borrower should we require more information or once program eligibility has been determined.
If the borrower has not reached out to us yet and has already missed a payment, our specialists will work with the borrower to determine their eligibility for one or more potential solutions. Please contact us at one of the numbers below.
