Homebuyer Education and Counseling Program
Bank of America offers a diverse and wide range of products and programs designed to meet applicants’ needs. However, some applicants need more assistance with the home buying process in order to become successful homeowners. The key is education. Many applicants including low- to moderate-income (LMI) applicants need a more structured education program that includes financial counseling. That is where our partnership with homebuyer education providers and other non-profit organizations can provide the extra help needed. Bank of America has Regional Managers that support the entire franchise by establishing relationships that offer pre-purchase education programs to prepare LMI and first-time homebuyers for home ownership. You can contact these Regional Managers at homebuyereducation@bankofamerica.com. Or you can contact us to learn how to become an approved homebuyer education provider or connect with our partners in your area.
